How well does your CV match the job?

Which of the words the job asks for show on your CV, and what's missing. Free; all it needs is an account.

Paste your CV's text or upload a PDF.

A link to the job ad (for example on jobs.ge or hr.ge), or its full text.

The check runs in your browser: your CV isn't sent anywhere. If you paste a link, our server only reads the job ad's page.

How the check works

  1. We find the ad's list of requirements and tell the required ones from the nice-to-haves ("preferred", "an advantage").
  2. In each one we pick the key words (software, languages, education, skills) and look for them on your CV, in both languages: "ინგლისური" in the ad finds "English" on your CV.
  3. The percentage comes from those results: a required item weighs twice as much, one found in part counts half. Personal qualities aren't scored: a word doesn't prove them.

Where does your CV go?

Nowhere. The check runs in your browser, without AI, so your CV stays on your device and Vailo never sees it. If you paste a link to the job ad, only that link comes to our server, so we can read the ad's page. Nothing is kept.

The result

The check shows you what's missing. Vailo then tailors the CV for you: it asks about the gaps, never makes anything up, and gives you the finished CV as a PDF.
