Call-centre operator CV: a sample, tailored to the job
Operator vacancies look alike, but they differ: a bank needs someone who knows financial products, an online shop needs chat support. A CV that reflects that and shows numbers (calls a day, satisfaction score) gets far more replies.
What the job ads keep asking for
- Serving customers by phone, and often by chat.
- Entering information accurately into the company's software or CRM.
- Office software and fast typing.
- Russian or English, often.
- Shift work, including weekends and sometimes nights.
- Staying calm, punctuality, quick and logical thinking.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but often not required.

The CV almost everyone sends
A general CV, the kind most people send unchanged to every vacancy. It's only an example: the person, companies and numbers are made up.

Before you hit send
- Operators have numbers too: calls a day, satisfaction score, average handling time. If you don't know yours, ask your team lead.
- Languages with a level: "Russian B2", not just "Russian". In call centres a language often affects pay too.
- If you're fine with shifts or nights, say so: many vacancies ask for it directly.
